From Internal Project to Platform of Choice for 40+ Operators
AviaMania started in 2018 as an internal product built for a Bengaluru-based entertainment company. The founders — a team of game engineers and business development professionals — recognised a consistent gap in the market: operators wanting to offer engaging aviation-themed games had no credible white-label option. Every solution either lacked professional monetisation infrastructure, required prohibitive engineering investment to customise, or could not handle the load of a commercial launch.
We rebuilt the platform from scratch in 2020 with a clear B2B architecture: a clean API gateway, a fully headless game engine, and an operator-facing dashboard that gave non-technical teams full control. The first external client went live in February 2021. By 2023 we had surpassed 40 active deployments across India, the UAE, the Philippines, and Kenya.
Today, AviaMania operates from its headquarters at Worli, Mumbai, with engineering and support teams covering Indian Standard Time and Gulf Standard Time business hours. We serve clients ranging from gaming aggregators and loyalty programmes to aviation brands and consumer entertainment platforms.
