All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclude applicable GST at 18%. International clients are quoted in USD upon request.
Payment terms: 50% on agreement signing, 50% on UAT approval prior to production deployment. No recurring platform licence fee unless managed hosting is selected.
Quoted prices cover the initial delivery scope. Post-launch feature additions, additional payment gateway integrations, and new game mode development are priced separately.
All plans include the AviaMania platform licence for the duration of your operations. Licence is perpetual with updates included for 12 months from delivery date.

No. The one-time fee covers your perpetual platform licence. There is no annual software licence renewal. The only optional recurring cost is managed hosting (₹ 28,000/month) if you choose us to operate the infrastructure, or the extended SLA package if you want a priority support channel beyond the included warranty period.
No revenue share. All in-game revenue flows directly to your payment accounts. Our pricing model is entirely project-fee based. This gives operators full financial predictability and means our incentive is aligned to delivering a platform that works, not to maximising your player spend.
We document the agreed scope in detail before any work begins. If you identify an addition or change during delivery, we stop, scope the change, provide a written cost and timeline impact, and wait for your approval before proceeding. We never absorb scope changes silently and invoice them later.
Yes. Upgrades from Starter to Growth are supported. You pay the difference in plan cost plus a migration fee of ₹ 35,000 to cover the additional configuration, testing, and go-live support. Upgrades typically take 8–10 business days.
We offer a structured 30-day pilot programme for qualifying enterprise clients (minimum Growth plan). The pilot involves deploying the customised platform on a staging environment with a limited beta user group. A ₹ 80,000 refundable deposit is required, which is credited against the full project fee upon proceeding.
For Starter and Growth: 50% on agreement signing, 50% on UAT completion and sign-off — before production deployment. For Enterprise projects above ₹ 20L: a three-milestone schedule (30% / 40% / 30%) is standard. We do not require any final payment until you have confirmed the build meets the agreed acceptance criteria.
